Refund Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Because HoloSolve delivers custom, time-based development work, refund eligibility depends on when in the project a cancellation occurs. This policy explains what to expect.
1. Before work begins
If you cancel after paying a deposit but before any work has started on your project (design, development, or planning), you're entitled to a full refund of that deposit, minus any payment-processor fees already incurred.
2. Work already in progress
Once work has started on a milestone, the portion of that milestone's fee corresponding to work completed is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-milestone, we'll provide a summary of work completed and refund any unearned portion of that milestone's payment.
3. Completed and delivered milestones
Payments for milestones that have been completed and delivered (i.e., you've received and approved the agreed deliverable) are non-refundable, in line with standard practice for custom development work.
4. Our failure to deliver
If HoloSolve is unable to deliver an agreed milestone as specified in the Statement of Work and cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable time after being notified, you are entitled to a full refund of payment made for that undelivered milestone.
5. Support & Maintenance retainers
Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel a retainer at any time effective at the end of the current billing month; we don't provide partial-month refunds, but no further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
6. How to request a refund
Reach out through our contact form with your project name and invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
