Question 1

How much does web application development cost in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Web application development cost depends on scope: the number of user roles, screens, integrations and payment features. Simple websites start from PKR 25,000; custom web applications are quoted individually after a free scoping call, with a fixed milestone-based price in the written proposal, so there are no surprise charges.

Question 2

How long does it take to build a custom web application?

Accepted Answer

A focused MVP usually takes 6–8 weeks and a full custom web application 8–12 weeks or more, depending on features and integrations. You see working software at every milestone rather than waiting until the end.

Question 3

Do you build web applications for clients in the USA and other countries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HoloSolve is a web application development company in Pakistan working with clients in the USA, UK, Middle East and worldwide. We work across time zones with weekly updates and can invoice in USD or AED on request.

Question 4

What is a progressive web app (PWA)?

Accepted Answer

A progressive web app is a website that can be installed on a phone like an app, works offline and can send notifications, from a single codebase. It is often a cost-effective alternative to building separate Android and iOS apps.

Question 5

Which technologies do you use for web application development?

Accepted Answer

We build with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node.js, using PostgreSQL and cloud hosting, and add AI features with leading language models where they help. This stack is fast, secure, search-friendly and easy to maintain.

Question 6

What does your project process look like?

Accepted Answer

We start with a scoping call to understand your goals, users, and constraints. From there we send a written proposal with deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we move through design, development, and testing in short milestones so you see progress and can give feedback throughout — not just at the end.

Question 7

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

A marketing website usually takes 3–5 weeks. A custom web application or MVP mobile app typically takes 6–12 weeks depending on scope. AI-tool integrations range from 2–8 weeks. We give you a firm timeline in the proposal once we understand full scope, and flag any risks to that timeline as we go.

Question 8

What are your payment terms?

Accepted Answer

Projects are billed in milestones: typically a deposit to begin work, a milestone payment at the midpoint, and a final payment on delivery. Retainer (Support & Maintenance) plans are billed monthly in advance. Full details are in our Payment Policy.

Question 9

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

Accepted Answer

Design and development milestones each include two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or out-of-scope changes are quoted separately and agreed before we start on them, so there are no surprise charges.

Question 10

Do you offer support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project includes a post-launch bug-fix window (30 days for websites, 90 days for apps) covering defects against the agreed specification. Beyond that, we offer monthly Support & Maintenance retainers for ongoing updates, monitoring, and priority fixes.

Question 11

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because our work is custom and time is committed as soon as a milestone begins, we don't offer refunds on work already completed and delivered. If we're unable to deliver an agreed milestone, or you cancel before we begin a milestone, refund eligibility is handled per our Refund Policy — read the full terms there.

Question 12

Can pricing be negotiated, and can I pay in a different currency?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The prices listed on our Services and Pricing pages are starting estimates — every project is quoted individually based on scope, complexity, and timeline after our scoping call. We invoice primarily in PKR, but can arrange USD or AED invoicing for international clients on request; final currency and amount are confirmed in the written quote.

Question 13

How do we communicate during the project?

Accepted Answer

We set up a shared channel (WhatsApp or email, your preference) plus a weekly async status update. For larger projects we schedule a short weekly call. You'll always know who your point of contact is and what stage the project is at.

Question 14

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa for local clients; card payments via a Pakistan-compliant local payment gateway for both local and international clients. We do not accept cryptocurrency or process payments through crypto gateways.

Question 15

Do you sign an NDA or contract before starting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every engagement starts with a signed proposal/contract outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms, and we're happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussion of your project if you'd like one in place first.
